E-COMMERCE
When buying an item, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it: (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item and you complete the check-out payment process.

The prices we charge for using our services/for our products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION 
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

 

SHIPPING POLICY

We currently ship to Australian and New Zealand residents only. If you live elsewhere internationally, please contact contact@lakkaripitt.com for shipping solutions.
    PRINTS & UNSTRETCHED CANVAS:
Please note that all prints are custom printed on demand. Once your order has been placed it will be printed specially for you. Allow up to 2 weeks for your piece to be printed. Please then wait up to 4-6 business days for your item to be processed and shipped. Please allow up to 4-6 business days for an unstretched canvas to be processed and shipped.
    OVERSIZED STRETCHED CANVASES:
If you have placed an order for an oversized stretched canvas or artwork a shipping quote will be arranged prior or after purchase. Please email contact@lakkaripitt.com to arrange a quote. Please note that shipping quotes will differ depending on where you are located. Pick up for oversized artworks can be arranged upon request. We will be in contact with you to discuss shipping timeframes. 
    ADDITIONAL INFO:
All items are shipped standard Parcel Post via trusted Australian couriers.
Shipping for commissioned artwork is discussed during planning stages.
All purchases are shipped with tracking numbers.
    COVID-19 SHIPPING UPDATE:
Due to COVID-19 impacting parts of operations, you may experience delivery delays in some parts of the country by up to an extra 2 weeks.

REFUND, RETURNS AND LOST ITEM POLICY

Please choose carefully when deciding to order a print or original artwork from Lakkari Art. Unfortunately we are unable to offer returns or refunds on items due to change of mind, however we do offer store credit. All items are packed and shipped with the utmost love and care, Lakkari Art ships through trusted Australian couriers and takes no responsibility if your items have arrived damaged or lost whilst in transit. If your item is deemed 'delivered' Lakkari Art is of the belief you have received your item. If you have not, please directly contact the courier as they are best placed to track where your item has been delivered. 

 

Please email contact@lakkaripitt.com if you have any problems with items you have received. Gift card purchases are final. No refunds or returns will be issued.
